How are all the companions comfortable with calling him “Doctor” or “The Doctor” when they spend days, months, maybe years(?) living with this man.. Some of them have intense feelings for this man yet they DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME.
Would you not go crazy and demand him to tell you his real name? Would this not be an issue you would need addressing? I know I would at least need to know WHY he can’t tell me his name..
AM I THE ONLY ONE CONFUSED ABOUT THIS?
